New project consulting

Off-plan is bought on paper. Someone should read the paper.

There is no apartment to walk through, no neighbours to ask and no survey to run. What you're buying is a contract, a specification and a promise about a date — usually in a language you don't read, on a site you've never stood on. We go through all three with you before you commit.

What we check

The securities

Is your money protected under the Sale Law — bank guarantee or insurance — and does the guarantee actually match what you're paying?

The developer

What they've built, what they finished late, and what happened to buyers on the last project.

The specification

What the mifrat commits to, what the brochure only implies, and what the upgrades will really cost.

The payment schedule

When each stage falls due, how it's index-linked, and what that means if the build runs long.
