Projects
A developer's brochure is a photograph of a model, a drone shot of a coastline and a floor plan without a scale. It is marketing, and it is doing its job. It is not information you can decide on from three thousand miles away.
We film the site as it stands, read the specification against what the show apartment implies, and say what the payment schedule and the securities actually look like. The developer gets a fair hearing; the buyer gets the whole picture.
The site as it is today
Filmed on the ground, not rendered. What is actually built, what is a hole, and what the street around it looks like while the work is going on.
What is being sold
Room counts, sizes, floors, what comes as standard and what is an extra. Read against the technical specification rather than the brochure.
Who is building it
The developer, what they have delivered before, and whether previous projects landed on time.
The securities and the schedule
How payments are staged, what the guarantee covers, the delivery date and the grace period that follows it.
New neighbourhood, east
Low-rise blocks going up on the edge of town, walking distance to the station. The reason we made the area a featured file.
Ir Yamim
Towers close to the sea, heavily bought by buyers abroad. Filmed to show what the view actually is from each side.
Gimmel, newest phase
The last of the new building in Gimmel, and how far it sits from the shops and the schools.
Between the parks
Towers among the 2010s stock. Filmed alongside a drive of the surrounding streets for comparison.
Barnea, near the marina
The most affordable coastal new build we cover, and the trade-offs that come with the price.
Buchman edge
New phase at the edge of an established Anglo neighbourhood, with the schools already there.
Developers and agents
The channel films and broadcasts projects to an English-speaking audience buying from the UK, US, Canada and beyond. Filming, drives and project features are produced in-house.
We choose the projects, and we verify them before we film. A scheme is only featured here once we have checked who is building it, what they have delivered before and whether it landed on time, that the Sale Law securities are in place, and that the technical specification says what the show apartment implies. Developers are vetted the same way as everyone else we put in front of you — if the answers do not stand up, we do not film it, whatever is offered.
