What you are buying here is quiet and proximity in the same purchase, which is scarce and priced accordingly. Densification is what puts that combination at risk, and whether a specific street is exposed to it is a planning question rather than a driving one.
Check what is approved on and around the plot before you buy, particularly for a house. The film shows you where the towers have already landed. It cannot show you where the next ones are consented.
