The one thing a drive through Gan Yavne will not answer
Gan Yavne and Yavne are different places with similar names, a few minutes apart, at different price levels — and buyers abroad confuse them regularly. Establish which one a listing is actually in before you compare anything.
The second point is the usual one for a fast-growing town: the housing arrives before the services do. What is open today rather than planned is the question, and the film walks it rather than reading from a brochure. If the school, the shops and the clinic matter to your daily life, check them specifically.
