The one thing a drive through Ma'ale Adumim will not answer
Ma'ale Adumim sits beyond the Green Line, and that has practical consequences a buyer from abroad should establish before anything else: a narrower pool of lenders, insurance terms that differ from those inside the line, and a resale market that is smaller and more specific. None of that is a judgement on the place. It is a set of facts to check with your own lawyer and your own bank before you commit, not afterwards.
