The one thing a drive through Yokneam will not answer
Yokneam works for people whose life is in the north. It is roughly twenty minutes from Haifa and a long way from Tel Aviv, and the second of those is the fact buyers most often gloss over. If your work or your family is in the centre, this is not a commuter town, and the southbound film is on this page so you can see that rather than take our word for it.
The other consideration is concentration. A local rental market resting substantially on one employment cluster behaves differently from a diversified one. That is not a reason to avoid it, but it belongs in the numbers rather than in the optimism.
