The one thing a drive through Nof HaGalil will not answer
The prices here are among the lowest for any Israeli city, and that is not a mispricing waiting to be discovered. It reflects a limited employment base, an ageing housing stock in much of the city, and a location a long way from the centre of the country.
For someone working remotely, retired, or employed locally or in Haifa, the value is real and the views are genuinely remarkable for the money. As an appreciation play, we would want to see the case made from transactions rather than from the price alone — and we would ask who you expect to sell it to.

Yes — the city was renamed Nof HaGalil in recent years, and you will still see the former name in older listings and material.
Why is it so cheap?
A limited local employment base, older stock across much of the city, and distance from the centre of the country.

What is here for work?
There is a significant industrial zone, and Haifa is the wider employment direction. The film runs that commute at the morning peak.

No — it is not in the CBS eighteen-city series. We work from recorded transactions.
Is it a good investment?
