The one thing a drive through Yehud-Monosson will not answer
The two halves of this municipality are not interchangeable. Neve Monosson is greener, lower and more expensive; Yehud is larger, busier and broader in stock and price. A single set of comparables covering both will mislead you, and plenty of listings do exactly that.
The airport is the other variable, and as everywhere on this side of it, the effect is street-specific rather than town-wide. Stand on the specific street, or watch the film with the audio on, before you decide it does not bother you.
